- Reports of Officers
- President’s
Report- April Bates reported that Lincoln Academy Information Night went well
and there were 12 families present. She also announced that although the LAPTO
Board had decided to not post things monthly on the website because of the
cost, Lincoln Academy has agreed to pay for any postings we make and the LAPTO
tab on the website will continue to have current content.
- Vice
President’s Report- Suzanne Gdovic announced that individual committees will be
expected to solicit their own donations for prizes for their events.
- Volunteer
Coordinator’s Report- Michelle Richey reported that there are still problems
with the Online Volunteer Log so she is still asking families to keep paper
Volunteer Logs. Logs with totaled minutes should be turned in before the
Holiday Break so that they can be counted.
- Treasurer’s
Report- Bernadette Templeton presented the monthly report of the PTO’s
accounting. She also reported that the PTO has been asked to write the
paychecks for referees for the middle school sports program. This money will
be reimbursed by the school and will be ongoing. A motion was made, seconded,
and approved that the PTO would handle this for the school.
- Reports of Committees
- Pledge
Drive Drawing- The prize drawing was done for the families that had turned in
their pledge forms. A list of the winners will be filed with these minutes.

much money as it does when it is in conjunction with Grandparents’ Day.
- Grandparents’
Day- Michelle Richey reported on Cyndi Rainville’s behalf that there will be a planning
meeting on November 30th at 4pm in the gym. The event is beginning
