It is that time of year again to begin the preparation for field day.  The field day committee was very happy with the results from last year, but has still been working on ways to make things better.  During the week following field day last year a recap meeting was held to discuss what went well and what can be improved.  You will see a few adjustments on start and finish times, morning and afternoon registration, volunteer commitments, station rotations, etc.  At this point I want to get you the HAVE TO KNOW information with more to follow.  Below are the time sensitive dates and the corresponding responsibilities.  Please read them over and either mark the dates on your calendar or print them off and post somewhere easily accessible.  To increase the communication I also presented this information at the EA meeting on Wednesday, April 21st.
